Pacteon Group acquires Descon Integrated Conveyor Solutions

Logos courtesy Pacteon. Aiming to become the primary source for end-of-line packaging automation equipment, Pacteon Group has acquired Descon Integrated Conveyor Solutions, which serves the food and beverage industry.
The strategic move is a significant milestone in the growth of Pacteon’s product handling expertise, as the company hopes to gain Descon’s strengths in continuous improvement, innovation and customer satisfaction.

Following the acquisition, Descon will operate as a subsidiary of Pacteon, maintaining its brand identity, facilities and leadership team.
