Electromate has been recertified by Great Place To Work for the eighth consecutive year.

The company shares in a press statement that the award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Electromate. This year, 86 percent of employees reportedly said Electromate is a great place to work, which is 26 points higher than the typical Canadian company, notes Electromate.

“We are thrilled to be Great Place To Work Recertified and we consider employee experience a top priority every day,” said founder and president Warren Osak. “Creating a ‘Great Place to Work’ has been pivotal in driving our employee satisfaction and engagement, which has directly resulted in driving customer satisfaction and revenue. The success of our organization is nothing more than the collective capacity of our people to create immense value, and I’ve learned over time that culture isn’t just a thing to help create enterprise value – it’s the only thing.”

Great Place To Work is a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviours proven to deliver revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation.

“Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the vice-president of global recognition at Great Place To Work. She emphasizes that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Electromate stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees.”
